About The Team
The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.
As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business located within APAC.

Candidates should have a solid background as a subject matter expert in employee psychological health and preferably an active mental health license to practice. Solid relationship-building, problem-solving skills, and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and report site(s) health for both in-house teams and partner locations within APAC.
- Set and monitor wellbeing productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site(s) support.
- Build deep knowledge expertise at the site(s) level to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions, customised to cultural and business needs.
- Be a trusted business partner through providing evidence-based wellbeing solutions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including outsourced partners.
- Deliver psychoeducational training surrounding mental health in the region.
- Drive wellbeing-related engagements at site(s) and with outsourced partners. This could include attendance such as regular business reviews and partner-related wellbeing forums and meetings.
- Ensure compliance to the country or region legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety and statement of work in relation to wellbeing programming in assigned site(s) and outsourced partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
- Solid working knowledge of operations metrics and structure.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full unrestricted license to practice.
- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders.
- Experience and deep working knowledge of an outsourced business partnership model.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% is required for this role.
- Solid working knowledge of trust and safety operations workflows and experience developing, evaluating and reporting behaviour change interventions in applied settings.
