Team Introduction
The TikTok Photo-Text team is responsible for the creation, consumption and interactive experience of this genre, building a content and author ecosystem that is different from TikTok short videos but also full of vitality.
Relying on TikTok's huge user base, our team will open up a complete chain of creation, consumption, and interaction. We will explore how to meet users' diverse needs for graphic and text creation and expression, such as participating in community trends, daily recording, sharing experiences, expressing opinions, etc. We will also explore a graphic and text content ecosystem suitable for TT: how to understand and define good graphic and text content, carry it with appropriate interaction, distinguish the video Recommender system, and distribute good graphic and text new genres.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for community interaction, consumption framework design, product planning, requirements management, data analysis, and continuous iterative optimization for overseas community products.
2. Focus on user experience, demonstrating deep understanding and enthusiasm for social and content products in communities. Innovate with passion to create possibilities for further product growth.
3. Break down business objectives and key metrics, establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, and coordinate multiple partners to ensure smooth execution.
4. Conduct in-depth research on recommendations, data, and domestic and overseas community products. Identify user needs through surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis to define effective product directions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in internet user products.
2. Prior experience independently leading core modules of content communities and successfully building products from 0 to 1.
3. Logical, data-sensitive, with good judgment and result-oriented thinking.
4. Excellent data comprehension and logical thinking abilities. Highly curious, self-driven, and proactive in achieving goals.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit, skilled in cross-cultural communication, and fluent in English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong user empathy, innovative spirit, and creative abilities.
2. Passion for exploration and research, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $300000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
