TikTok Supply Chain and Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Network and Fulfillment Model Planning Expert to develop and deploy a comprehensive network of cross-border logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive network of cross-border logistics, including location selection of the warehouse sites and the infrastructure planning of the selected sites
- Formulate critical strategies such as inventory configuration, inventory allocation, and the consolidation and separation of the orders within the network
- Optimize logistics models by addressing pain points in order to meet the demands of business growth, and propose specific solutions that can be executed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of warehouse network planning and warehouse layout planning experience
- Abilities to process data, data analysis, and structural data modeling and proficient in tools such as SQL/Python etc.
- Experienced in large-scale logistics network planning and deploying, demonstrating strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing logistics operating systems and processes related to warehousing and transportation
- Familiar with the intricacies of cross-border logistics, having an in-depth understanding of warehouse operations, aviation regulations, port management, last-mile distribution, and other pertinent aspects
Preferred:
- Proficiency in designing the layout of warehouses to optimize the traffic flow, and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing methods
- Demonstrated ability to provide insights from a macro angle, as well as exceptional coordination and communication skills
- Familiar with logistics automation equipment
- Academic backgrounds in supply chain management, logistics, statistics or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in supply chain and logistics data analysis/business analysis
- Prior team leading experience

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
