About the Role:
The TSP (TikTok Shop Partner) Head serves as the business leader responsible for building the foundation of the partnership business for TikTok Shop in North America. This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and manage a team. They will be responsible for driving the number of partners, managing the team to unlock key partners who can help merchants run on TikTok Shop more efficiently. The partnerships should help merchants with services that include merchant onboarding, education, content strategy, content production, and pricing and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Build overall partner strategy to deliver growth for the business
- Define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches to grow the number of partners
- Hire and grow a strong team to drive growth and align with the business strategy
- Acquire and grow 3rd party partners, such as media agencies, content marketing agencies, live streaming tech solution providers
- Collaborate with category teams to drive GMV growth
- Solve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-function teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce business; mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management
- 5+ years experience as a people manager of a significant team size (~30 )
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Team player, fast learner, and open to changes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in content-based e-commerce
- Strong connections with e-commerce related 3rd partner ecosystem
- Experience managing people managers of varying experience
- Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers' success

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $163020 - $334400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
