The Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) team are the driving force behind the marketing and platform campaign endeavors of Bytedance's Global E-commerce division, lovingly referred to as TikTokShop E-Commerce Business. Our mission? To transform the online shopping experience, one captivating campaign at a time.
In this role, you will be responsible for the formulation of the overall user operation strategy and effectively enhance the life cycle value of TikTok Shop users.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the formulation of the overall user operation strategy, responsible for the growth and conversion of users, and effectively enhance the life cycle value of users
- Incorporating integrated marketing techniques, along with strategic alignment of products and field strategies, drive the successful execution of large-scale promotional campaigns, aligning user programs with product and field strategies to achieve desired outcomes and objectives
- Based on user stratification, develop different segmented operation strategies for different target groups, build effective user operation methods, and promote user transition
- Integrate market analysis and industry trends, conduct thorough user research and opportunity exploration, formulate strategic plans, and propel the expansion of our target user base
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in e-commerce, user operation experience is preferred
- Good data sensitivity, clear logic, methodology, able to independently output quality user strategy solutions
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and stress resistance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good at summarizing complex phenomena, making it easier for the massess to understand
