The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and notifications.
-Drive user growth for TikTok overseas e-commerce in the UK, developing and executing growth strategies aligned with national characteristics.
-Focus on e-commerce GMV as the primary objective, overseeing key metrics throughout the user life cycle, including new customer acquisition, user repurchase rate, and cost per acquisition.
-Collaborate with local teams to align with phased goals for both local and cross-border businesses in the UK. Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg. product, algorithm, data science, logistics, etc) to optimize platform cost efficiency and ensure user experience. Accumulate innovative user growth capabilities to achieve overarching business goals.
Qualifications
-BA/BS degree, 5 years of professional experience in a user growth role, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
-Be interested in exploring the commonalities and differences in the needs of users under different cultural backgrounds.
-Energetic self-starter and quick learner with strong organizational, communication, and XFN collaboration skills; ability to perform under pressure.
-Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in defining and working with key metrics and data.
