TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking an experienced Transportation Solution Manager. The Transportation Solutions division is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Transportation Solutions product, setting strategic direction and innovation in transportation management.
- Develop and refine transportation solutions that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to integrate solutions within the broader logistics network.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced transportation technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to optimize shipping service fulfillment tools, service, and sustainability in transportation operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in transportation or shipping service solution development and management or equivalent.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead innovation in logistics practices.

- Demonstrated experience leading product requirements and roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in developing transportation solutions that have delivered measurable improvements.
- Expertise in the latest industry trends and technologies in transportation and logistics.
- Master's degree or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Transportation Management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives within a logistics environment.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
