TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced supply chain quality manager to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, lead quality audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Establish quality control processes, inspections, and testing protocols for incoming materials, components, and finished products within the supply chain.
- Conduct quality audits, supplier assessments, and risk assessments to evaluate supplier performance, product quality, and process adherence.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering teams to address quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze quality data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, quality enhancement projects, and supplier development programs to drive operational excellence and product quality improvements.
- Develop training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals to ensure awareness and adherence to quality standards across the organization.
- Coordinate with third-party quality assurance providers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to maintain certifications, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and quality management systems (QMS) to drive innovation and ensure alignment with global quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality management, quality assurance, or supply chain quality roles within manufacturing, technology, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), quality standards (ISO, FDA, etc.), and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, FMEA, and quality audits.
- Knowledge of supplier quality management, supplier audits, and supplier development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead projects, drive change management, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience with ERP systems, quality management software, and data analytics tools is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
