TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Engineer to scale the to-day logistics operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and process improvement opportunities within logistics and supply chain operations.
- Conceptualize and design innovative process workflows, system integrations, and automation solutions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Develop detailed process flowcharts, diagrams, and prototypes to illustrate proposed process designs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and successful implementation of process designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on process designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process documentation, user guides, and training materials, to support implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process design and automation in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design, user-centered design, or UX/UI design, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or technology industries.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and efficient process designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process mapping tools, workflow design, or business process modeling.
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $253080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
