About the Team
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with central user growth team to identify TikTok users' shopping behavior and needs
- Define, manage and execute growth strategies to expand core customer base to commerce customer
- Build and use customer insight to determine the optimal promotion setup & other short term growth levers to find sustainable growth
- Collaborate with central campaign, marketing and product teams to build and execute platform-wide promotions or campaigns, managing budget allocation between channels
- Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies
- Fluency in either French or Italian necessary as work involves close collaboration with French and Italian markets
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in e-commerce or marketplace user growth / channel or user operations, campaign marketing, business analysis, or related fields
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, able to extract data from Tableau or basic knowledge of SQL, Python
- Able to deconstruct user funnels and identify areas for optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional and high-level stakeholders
- Strong business judgment and pragmatic result-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent skillset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in membership operations, campaign marketing, and business analysis on large-scale e-commerce platforms
- Experience with working in a diverse environment, cross-region collaborations
- Ability to learn, think and react in a fast paced start-up environment
- Experience of working with product teams
- Fluent in additional languages is a plus to ease communication with cross-functional stakeholders
