About the Team
Global Settlement team is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of the AR and AP of the e-commerce logistics business. This role will look to support the billing and settlement product building, launching, training and landing.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and system construction of settlement products, output settlement product requirements, evaluate product plans, follow up on project progress, and ensure that the project is launched on time and with quality.
- Responsible for testing new system features and issuing test reports to the R & D team.
- Responsible for compiling the settlement system operation manual and providing training on new features.
- Answer questions from settlement system users and provide guidance on system usage.
- Follow up with the technical team to solve online issues in the settlement system and ensure the normal operation of the system.
- Collect and optimize requirements from settlement system users, organize them, and output product requirement documents to continuously improve the online settlement rate.
- Other necessary settlement Product Operation items;
- Participate in settlement product planning and system construction, output settlement of product requirements, evaluate product solutions, follow up on project progress, and ensure timely and high-quality launch of the project.
- Responsible for testing of new system features and providing detailed reports to the R&D team.
- Responsible for writing the SOP for the settlement system and providing training on the launch of new features
- Answering questions from settlement system users and providing guidance on system usage.
- Follow up with the R&D team to resolve online issues with the settlement system and ensure its normal operation.
- Collect system optimization requirements from settlement system users and output product requirement documents, continue to improve the online rate.
- Other necessary settlement product operation matters.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related professional experience
- 3+ years of system operation or settlement-related experience in logistics;
- Interested in systems and possessing product thinking skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and solid data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience in logistics billing or settlement operation;
- Has a strong sense of risk identification, and controlling;
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, in order to closely partner with internal stakeholders;
- Data-oriented with experience in creating logical planning models based on historical learnings, a preferred skillset in SQL or Python.
