TikTok Shop - TikTok Shop Partner Development Strategist (Thailand)

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible in understand the industry and competitive environment;establish the operation system of brand/seller and merchandise;explore opportunities and empower industry operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build strategy for the partners after the business review and in order to solve the pain point. Experience in agency business consultation is a plus.
- Analyze complex data from external and internal databases, and deliver deep insight reports to facilitate the team to make decisions. Experience in data analysis is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (category team, GBS team) to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of partner strategies.
- Deep understanding of business partners in TH eCommerce, and familiar with the business model.
- Responsible for deep data analysis and overall team reporting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- English proficiency and Thai language proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in project management, merchant acquisition, vendor management, procurement or eCommerce platform partnership development
- Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building; strong at negotiation and partner development
- Open to travel to client partner sites at times
- Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both in team collaboration and with offline merchants
