Responsibilities
Data product is a horizontal platform for the whole E-commerce. We give sellers, creators, and partners data insights to know their business and operation efficiently. As a senior designer in the team, you'll contribute to building the seller experience, especially for global key accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) to shape the product's long-term future.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire design process, from identifying user problems to providing high-fidelity design solutions for various features and projects.
- Support the transformation of broad, conceptual ideas into practical and valuable results.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with cross-functional partners.

- Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure a high-quality launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the entire project lifecycle and for future refinements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and launching numerous features with broad or ambiguous scope, covering end-to-end experiences across various platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with research and data to drive decision making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience working on merchant product design.
- Data product design experience.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with e-commerce, user experience, and emerging trends in digital retail.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130382 - $243073 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
