Introduction to team:
TikTok is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our UK Ecommerce team to define and implement aquisition and growth strategies for TikTok Shop Ads. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving new advertiser acquisition, increasing average revenue per advertiser and platform monetization. This is a strategic role, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our incentive strategies, best practice playbooks & marketing effectiveness, to realise the full potential for advertisers on TikTok Shop Ads solutions.

This role requires a highly analytical mindset and curiosity to find solutions for partner/customer needs. You will own projects and programs end to end and work cross-functionally with sales, policy and product teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop UK Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for the launch of new Shop Ad products and features by identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Design localised market strategies to increase adoption of existing TikTok Shop Ad products and collect product feedback to help shape product strategy and design. Create regional sales materials, provide training & education.
- Design and execute TikTok Shop Ad incentives frameworks to activate new advertisers and grow average revenue per advertiser for existing merchants.
- Collaborate with marketing science and marketing to identify unique value proposition and positioning of TikTok Shop Ad products. Utilize quantitative and qualitative inputs from research to create compelling narrative and build into sales pitch materials.
- Establish frameworks to guide new and existing TikTok shop advertisers on best practices.
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs to target new and existing advertisers with relevant content to fuel average revenue per advertiser & retention.
- Work closely with internal industry teams and stakeholders, to become a subject matter expert on TikTok Shop Ad products, and consult with key category stakeholders/sellers to deliver guidance on best in class TikTok Shop Ad campaigns.
- Provide overall support for key sellers during their onboarding and daily operations on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable relevant experience within eCommerce and/or adtech
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
- Experience taking ambiguous complex topics into clarity in strategy and execution leveraging data and customer insights.
- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
- Great communicator, both verbal and written. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred experience
- Experience in digital advertising
- Experience working in matrix, and/or global organisations
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
