TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to play a central role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, directly contributing to our core mission of seamless, scalable logistics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control standards and systems for transportation operations.
- Lead audits and inspections to ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies.
- Analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Carrier Relationship Management and Transportation Solutions divisions to enhance logistics technologies and carrier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality and operational efficiency.
- Travel required: 10-20%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within logistics or supply chain management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
