We are looking for a Prompt Engineering Leader to manage the Automation Prompt Engineering Team to fulfill the business' needs, and drive continuous improvement together with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and set the directions and experience evaluation metrics for the global automation operation team.

- Manage effective methodology to continuously find opportunities for automation experience improvement.
- Explore the experience gap by competitor analysis for creative optimization.
- Set strong collaboration with cross function stakeholders, and drive success globally.
- Optimize the existing workflow and improve the entire working efficiency within the team.
- Define the effective strategy based on scenario analysis and customer pain point.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above degrees is needed.
- 3+ years' team management experience.
- 5+ years' related working experience in leading, managing automation experience design.
- Expertise in project design, data analysis, communication skills, driving for results and managing changes.
- Good understanding of large language models, AI-driven chatbot optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strengths in problem shooting, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $235980 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
