The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

In this role you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns while also collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to align campaign objectives and meet business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing and business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
2. Execution and Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, creative development, and deployment
- Utilize data analytics and insights to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches and promotions
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure and report on the impact of campaigns, providing insights for future improvements
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is aligned with overall business objectives
5. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI
- Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to key stakeholders

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (4 years) in e-commerce marketing with a focus on campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Leadership experience with minimum 2 years, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce technologies
