Responsibilities:
- Identify affiliate-creator business opportunities both at the partner and individual creator level in order to come up with partnership for acquisition plan, both for long-term and quick-win scenario.
- Design and co-ordinate cross-functionally to solidify the right fit incubation program/approach both online and on-ground for each creator segmentation from longtail creator to off-platform established creator to make them succeed in the e-commerce area.
- Project manages to ensure incubation program/event outcome (GMV growth), while keeping a healthy relationship with partner and creator.
- Supervise external agency in scale approach execution according to target and budget assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in partnership or project manager area. E-commerce background as a plus.

Preferred qualifications:
- A good understanding of content creator landscape
- Impressive interpersonal skills and stakeholder management in order to drive business outcomes.
- High sense of ownership and ability to manage end-to-end processes with minimal guidance.
- Collaborative and adaptive mindset that is able to pivot contribution to business needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
