TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced building launch manager to support the launch of new fulfillment centers and distribution facilities under the Fulfilled by TikTok program.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating the launch of new fulfillment centers and distribution facilities under the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program.
- Support cross-functional teams including real estate, construction, operations, logistics, and IT in facility setup, equipment installation, and operational readiness activities.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for new building launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
- Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of construction, facility enhancements, and system integrations.
- Support risk assessments, contingency planning, and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure business continuity during launch activities.
- Participate in training and onboarding programs for facility staff, operational teams, and third-party partners to ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Monitor launch progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders, assisting in addressing issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, operations, or logistics roles, preferably with experience in new facility launches or supply chain expansions.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
