About the Team
This role will work on our new business and will be responsible for critical early stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
1. Through the analysis of data and case information, sort out merchant logistics experience problems, coordinate with all parties to promote solutions, and improve merchant logistics experience
2. Research the demands of logistics consumers, design logistics experience improvement plans with the help of product technical capabilities, coordinate and promote the implementation of operations of all parties, and enhance consumer logistics experience
3. Collaborate with cross function teams and the service delivery team, we are responsible for improving the logistics service satisfaction of buyers and sellers in the respective markets
4. Manage logistics providers and be responsible for the quality of logistics provider customer service quality and logistics provider claims.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Fluency in English with relevant work experience in experience operations, logistics, and merchant services.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, priority is given to international e-commerce platform customer service solution design or international logistics related work experience
3. Have business analysis capabilities, be able to expose current business pain points through data and case analysis, decompose business needs into products and promote implementation
4. Have strong business driving force, and good coordination skills with cross teams
5. Strong customer awareness and service awareness
