TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Head of Warehouse Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the efficient and effective management of inventory, storage, and distribution processes. You will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance goals are met.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the warehouse team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in warehouse management to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management, with a proven track record of success in optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced degree preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $167960 - $334400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
