TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as the lead for New Building Launches and Operations Integration. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and integration of new cross dock, fulfillment or other building types and operations into our supply chain network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and operational efficiency from the outset.

Responsibilities:
- New Building Launch Management: Lead the planning and execution of the launch strategy for the new building, including establishing timelines, resource allocation, cross functional dependencies and milestone tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as operations, product, logistics, IT, procurement, and facilities management to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment throughout the launch process.
- Operational Integration: Develop and implement integration plans to seamlessly incorporate the new buildings and their operations into our existing supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, distribution, and fulfillment processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the operations, leveraging data analysis and industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges associated with launches and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and success of the new building post-launch, monitoring key indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to the onsite team members during the launch phase, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies and procedures and a smooth ramp up post launch.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the new building launch, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in leading new facility launches or large-scale operations integration projects within the supply chain industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to supply chain operations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced degree preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $167960 - $334400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
