About The team
The Performance Management Lead oversees KPI reporting, meeting cadences, and incentive scheme design for hub and regional operations leaders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive performance review cadences (daily/weekly/monthly) with hub leaders and operations managers.
- Develop and maintain operations dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Design and run monthly incentive schemes for frontline leaders based on KPI outputs.
- Analyze operational data to generate insights that guide daily decision-making at hubs.
- Provide timely performance feedback and improvement recommendations to regional leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years in operations or performance management, ideally in logistics or express delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or similar tools.
- Experience designing KPIs and incentive frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to engage and influence operations stakeholders.
- Strong communication and data storytelling ability.
