We are a team of problem solvers that strives to make an impact. The Operation Manager will be responsible for tracking cost metrics across the delivery business and implementing operational excellence initiatives to improve service level agreements (SLAs) and reduce costs. This role requires working closely with the operations team to drive changes and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive operations excellence initiatives, focusing on improving delivery performance, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of volume, manpower, linehaul forecasting, campaign preparation, and backlog management to support both operational and strategic decision-making.

- Coordinate with operations and data teams to create real-time dashboards to monitor 1PL performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as SLA compliance and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new systems or tools meet operational requirements and support logistics capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in operations field & excellence topics other express logistics companies
- Strong in problem solving skills and independent in driving initiatives from ideation to completion
- Strong personal skills. Willing to work closely with the operations team to execute changes
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting background is a plus
- Mandarin speaking is a plus ( Nature of work to communicate with cross-border functions which requires to speak in mandarin)
- Graduated from top universities in Indonesia/World
