About the team
We are looking for an energetic senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implement content(short video/livestream) strategy related with it, both for the first time consumer and repeated consumers.
2. Familiar with merchandise or video/live shopping strategy, drive growth with strategy, campaigns
3. Work closely with account manager or creator ops team and user growth Shanghai middle platform team, organize and coordinate projects with them, drive analysis, reviews and insights together with data analysis team.
4. Iterate insights and strategies for Growth and drive a fast growing consumer base and GMV.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years experience in content operation, familiar with other platform strategy;
• Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility for business objectives.
• Data driven and proactive.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $214400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
