About the Team
Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct analysis when necessary
2. Review potential gaps and areas for improvement from policy development to enforcement execution
3. Drive collaboration and streamline processes with cross-functional teams across SEA markets to improve overall efficiency
4. Manage various programs in reducing overall risk to platform and follow-through on action items with respective stakeholders
5. Propose improvements to existing controls and new mechanisms to deal with emerging risks
6. Organise and coordinate meetings to review, investigate and resolve risks within the product (assortment) and content policies
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. With 2+ years work experience in Global E-Commerce governance operations, policy operations or moderation operations.
3. Excellent coordination skills and communication skills
4. Experience in project/program management and working with cross-functional teams
5. Familiar with SEA E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
6. Curiosity to develop knowledge of additional product categories as needed.
7. Proficiency with implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements. At least a Green belt in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus.
8. Ability to monitor and measure results with analytical thinking and program management mindset.
9. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
