Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the design of Tiktok Shop Vietnam's governance policies to build a safe and trustworthy platform for buyers.
- Grasp, track, and analyze key metrics to drive improvements. Demonstrate strong business sense and and understanding of commercial drivers and blockers, and leverage hands-on experience to make informed recommendations that enhance customer experience and support business objectives.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the Vietnam market including regulatory developments, competition programs and benchmarking, and user/seller behaviours and sentiments through the end-to-end user/seller journey.
- Support commercial opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Research and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential areas of growth.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other parties.
- Collaborate with regional teams and upper management on strategic initiatives.
- Establish teams, recruit team members, and provide training guidance.
