About The Team
The Global E-commerce Integrity is responsible for the integrity supervision, correction, accountability, and compliance training and communication within the Company's Global E-commerce business. By identifying and analyzing risky business scenarios, the Global E-Commerce Integrity aims to help business units detect and solve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, according to needs by the business units, it accepts internal and external whistleblowing reports, verify them independently and fairly and, independently or in coordination with other functions, solve them. The Global E-Commerce Integrity also provides, according to requirements by the Company policies, applicable laws and regulations and needs by the business units, compliance training and communication to employees of the Global E-Commerce and thereby helps enhance its integrity and compliance and communicate the Company's emphasis and requirements on a culture of integrity and compliance, establish and maintain a sustainable environment of compliance within the Company and reduce or avoid corrupt, unethical or other conducts that are in violation of laws and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inquiries into potential cases of integrity, fraud, or conflict of interest among e-commerce employees using multiple reporting channels and data analysis methods.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate relevant information through professional and internal inquiry methods, with the ability to swiftly identify indicators of internal misconduct and effectively gather evidence to resolve cases.
- Skilled at analyzing and synthesizing information gathered from inquiries, and adept at developing expertise and techniques that can be applied in a wide variety of work settings.
- Identify root causes through case findings and work with the Risk Control team to implement remediation and improve business policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent educational background, bachelor degree or above, majoring in law or accounting is preferred, with more than 5 years of experience in investigating corporate integrity cases or handling corporate investigations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Be upright, principled, clear in thinking, outstanding in expression, have certain data analysis skills, and have good self-motivation, communication and coordination skills.
- Able to make well-reasoned and considered judgement in complex situations.
- Applicants with experience in e-commerce, internet content platforms, and public security and law will be given priority.
