TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics team is seeking an experienced Cross Border Last Mile Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of global shipments, significantly improving the end-customer experience in cross-border e-commerce transactions, and aligning with the strategic objectives of global seller support.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of cross-border last-mile delivery strategies, focusing on operational excellence and innovative solutions for international logistics, specifically tailored for global sellers.
- Drive collaboration with product and project teams to communicate insights from last-mile operations and advocate for product enhancements and operational process improvements that align with international logistics needs.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with international logistics partners, optimizing last-mile delivery processes to address cross-border challenges effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of international last-mile delivery operationsin within the United States, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in the context of cross-border shipments.
- Lead initiatives to enhance delivery speed, reduce operational costs, and improve package security, while ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring that logistics operations are seamlessly integrated with product development and innovation strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of cross-border e-commerce logistics.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cross-border logistics or last-mile delivery operations, with a specific focus on global e-commerce.
- Comprehensive understanding of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and the unique challenges of global logistics operations.
- Demonstrated analytical prowess, capable of interpreting complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with international partners and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in e-commerce logistics, with a deep understanding of the cross-border e-commerce landscape and the challenges faced by global sellers.
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with international logistics providers, with a track record of fostering productive partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements in a cross-border last-mile context, with tangible results in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Advanced degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making in international logistics.
- Experience enabling effective communication with a diverse range of international partners and stakeholders.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
