About the team:
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Our Content Creator Specialist Business Operation team's vision is to increase matchmaking for local sellers with the right creators within TikTok Shop US. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities & Key Outputs:
1. Drive budget planning and allocation for creator growth programs across different clusters
- Develop data-driven budget allocation models on creator incentives and sellers co-funded programs, based on historical performance, forecasted ROI, and strategic priorities per cluster (e.g., creator reactivation, new sellers incubation, seasonal focus)
- Partner with creator strategy, resource management, and cluster teams to define monthly/quarterly budget plans, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals
- Monitor real-time budget utilization and reallocate funds dynamically to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on budget utilization and incentive ROI by program and by cluster
2. Led the design and execution of tailored creator incentive mechanisms accommodating different cluster needs
- Design creator incentive programs that align with each cluster's merchandising focus (e.g., hero SKUs, seasonal categories, or local assortment gaps)
- Incorporate cluster-specific creator needs (e.g., recruiting more L3+ top-performing creators vs. incubating L2+ emerging creators) into program logic and reward structures
- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations
- Track utilization rates and task progress using dashboards and internal tools
- Conduct performance diagnostics to identify the root causes behind low registration or poor ROI; Generate data-driven insights and actionable improvement plans for future programs
3. Led the design and execution of seller co-funded and self-funded programs
- Identify suitable industries and piloted programs in high-priority clusters to assess feasibility and business impact
- Design program structure by leveraging internal best practices (e.g., Nova), tailoring contribution models and incentive logic to local needs
- Oversee full program execution, aligning stakeholders and ensuring strong seller participation throughout the pilot phase
- Conduct comprehensive post-mortem reviews to assess performance, extract insights, and identify areas for optimization

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience and above in strategy consulting, investment, business analytics.
- Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, and demonstrated experience understanding the nature of different business models.
- Proactive thinking, meticulous thinking, with structured thinking and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and responsible, adept at handling complex tasks requiring collaboration among multiple teams, possessing excellent stress resistance and execution capabilities.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
