About the Team
The Creator Acquisition and Incubation team's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard creators and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means across TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for in-depth affiliate and creator data analysis.
- Designing reasonable indicator systems based on business goals.
- Conducting agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance, giving valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis and mining of data.
- Working cross-functionally to organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources, carry out research on topics related to the key development directions of the business, and provide strategic support such as goal setting and strategic advice.

- Understanding competitors and finding growth points to formulate related operation strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience.
- Strong data analysis skills and data sensitivity.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in project management and working as a team
- Adaptable, resilient and quick learner with strong structured thinking and a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within E-commerce, Technology, Social Media or related industries internationally.
- A deep understanding of the Tiktok Creator ecosystem, with knowledge of creator sales or influencer marketing, is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in stakeholder management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
