About the team
In this team, you will be responsible in creator operation strategy localization, horizontal planning as well as project management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of content/creator market and eCommerce in Indonesia, familiar with most recent trending topics & content consumed by targeted audience, knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, while being grounded in the local industry landscape.
- Develop & contribute to creator strategy & initiatives with a particular focus from a product & assortment perspective
- Conceive and develop timely operation initiatives in order to drive meaningful change within the ecosystem and capture novel opportunities, with collaborate with cross functional teams to drive the planning, coordination and execution.

- Lead strategic projects to drive creator growth with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business impact in GMV growth, profitability improvement and platform efficiency
- The position requires a leader who can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment. Additionally, this position involves working with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in eCommerce, business analytics, data analytics or consulting
- Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and passionate about internet culture
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently
- Highly organized, proactive project manager: adapt at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously. Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
- Candidates should be comfortable analyzing data and producing sophisticated strategy and analysis for a variety of audiences. They should be comfortable composing research memos and internal presentations to secure internal buy-in for strategic and programming decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with using data tools
- Fluency in Mandarin as this role will work closely with multiple cross-functions team in China
