Responsibilities
- Support MCN team members monitor agencies' real-time performance, analyse the agencies' circumstances and give them advice.
- Back up for MCN team members coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Checking the new agency registration and assigning MCN team members for management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or recent graduate).
- Minimum internship of 3 months, working 4 days a week.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with MCN and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, and can work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
- Good understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
- Having a wide network of creators/agencies.
