TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Star Creator team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and developing the most influential affiliate creators on the platform. The team grows and engages creators through bespoke Live and Shoppable Video strategies, Brand Matchmaking/Partnerships and 1:1 Communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Creator Managers in developing the performance and growth strategies for top creator TikTok Shop content
- Build Star creator case studies for external sharing
- Monitor and analyse the performance metrics of creator campaigns and shoppable content, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results and improve sales performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Category, Product, Legal, Governance) to optimise processes, remove any friction to creator experiences and further support affiliate GMV growth
- Community management for the managed Star Creators (webinars, groupchat, event support)
- Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter
- Coordinate samples for brand partnerships and livestreams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Available to start in June 2025 for a duration of 6 months
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data to drive creator growth plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with Creators and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms; experience in social media/digital marketing is highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in LIVE shopping may be beneficial
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
