About the Team
The creator acquisition and incubation team in TikTok's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard creators and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate key operations strategies for TikTok Commerce Affiliate creator incubation and growth based on market understanding, business needs and learnings;
- Design and execute effective incentive programs to motivate creators to engage and grow;
- Work together with product teams and user research teams to collect creator and partner feedback and shape the strategy and direction for affiliate product optimisation;
- Initiate and lead key cross-functional projects and coordinate across different stakeholders.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid work experience of commerce or user-facing, affiliate product design, affiliate program operation;
- Extensive work experience in scale creator/influencer/user/busienss partner growth or mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator/influencer agency side;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem-solving;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Result-oriented and hands-on, not mind rolling their sleeves up
- Fast learner and self-starter, highly entrepreneurial, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, embrace changes and persevere in face of challenges.
