About the team
MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for UK merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
TikTok is looking for a smart and ambitious Digital Channel Management Manager to join TikTok Shop team based in London. The objective of the role is to manage the seller acquisition/incubation channels, including TikTok inapp channels like inbox message and external channels like EDM and paid ads. This role is expected to have related experience and strong ambition to reach goals following strategies.
Responsibility
- Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, figure out roadblocks and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams.

- Take charge of internal outreaching channels and manage the resources so as to maximise the overall benefits and achieve the business goal
- Design and execute a/b tests to iterate content on various channels and improve seller journey based on test data and survey
- Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algo and other cross functional teams.
- Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German language is a bonus but not essential
- Bachelor's Degree or above, 3-5 year user digital marketing experience and project management, e-commerce or user acquisition experience is a plus
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
