About the team:
The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers.
The team is responsible for UK TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
Responsibilities:
1. Enable Seller Success: Host weekly webinars and conduct calls to educate, engage, and support sellers on platform updates, best practices, and growth strategies. Provide direct support to help resolve seller issues in a timely and effective manner.
2. Support Operational Execution: Assist Account Growth Strategists and Project Managers with day-to-day operations such as voucher setup, budget planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.

3. Manage Community & Content: Lead the Lark seller community and maintain a library of relevant, engaging content and quality training materials to support seller education and engagement.
4. Track & Report Performance: Maintain dashboards, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve communication effectiveness and seller engagement.
5. Manage Email Communications: Own and optimise the seller outreach strategy via email (primary channel), ensuring clear, effective messaging. Coordinate with internal teams for in-app or push notifications, and continuously refine communications based on performance data.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior work experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with sellers via email, webinars, or calls.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks, support operations, and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); able to interpret basic performance metrics and contribute to insights.
