About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to boost user growth and increase daily active use time on TikTok Live.
2. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and designers.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to align product vision with business goals.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and optimize growth strategies.
5. Focus on user experience to drive retention and engagement.
6. Keep updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in user growth in a product management role, including a minimum of 3 years in team management.
3. Strong industry understanding and overall planning abilities.
4. Proficient in cross-team communication and resource advancement.
5. Capable of independent system data analysis.
