Team Intro
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Analyst for TikTok LIVE, USDS team, you will play a critical role in helping drive the growth and success of our team;
- Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, analytical needs and execution strategy;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners from Product, Analytical, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to drive execution and excellence and align resources to deliver business missions;
- Ecosystem thinker, excellent communication skills and the ability to represent and present complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership;
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day reporting, staffing, and resource allocation needs;
- Understand TikTok USDS Privacy, Safety, and Security guidelines, as well as business partners' priorities across TikTok LIVE team, be the bridge and advocate to build the utmost confidence in the security of TikTok LIVE business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and spreadsheet analysis skills;
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or equivalent experience in a technology or media company;
- 2+ years of experience working with senior stakeholders or demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, and/or drive end-to-end projects from ideation to implementation;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into digestable and insightful narratives for audiences;
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience working with regional and global teams.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $188522 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
