About the team
TikTok LIVE is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize product design, feature optimization, and strategic research to stimulate stronger interaction between livestream creators and users, increase user engagement and stickiness, and create a more vibrant community atmosphere. This includes but is not limited to innovating general interactive capabilities for live streaming: exploring and innovating interactive features and gameplay for livestreaming, making the product more diverse and fun in terms of interaction to attract more user participation and activity.
2. Responsible for identifying, building metrics, and conducting strategic research for interactive live streaming rooms, aiming to increase the proportion of interactive livestream and provide a more varied range of interactive types and content.
3. Gain in-depth understanding of user behavior and needs. Utilize data analysis and user feedback to identify issues and bottlenecks in interaction and propose effective improvement solutions to optimize user experience and enhance product appeal.
4. Lead related product design and collaborate across teams, working closely with operations, R&D, design, and other roles to drive project implementation and achieve business objectives.
5. Establish a reasonable data metrics system, continuously monitor product operational data, evaluate and analyze product effectiveness, adjust strategies promptly, and achieve continuous product optimization and iteration.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, with 3 years or more experience in user-side product management, including experience in platform and strategic product backgrounds, with a preference for experience in traffic strategy, interactive strategy, or creator strategy.
- Possess excellent product design and business understanding skills. Capable of identifying and driving solutions to problems through data or processes.
- Strong logical thinking skills, able to effectively communicate key issues in cross-team collaborations and drive implementation.
- Demonstrated project management and ability to handle pressure. Capable of understanding various stakeholders' needs and integrating resources to achieve cross-department cooperation.
- Enthusiasm for content products
