TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to make live streaming a part of the culture. We are a group of people who are highly motivated to grow and develop. TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japanでは、LIVE配信を文化として定着させることを目的として、クリエイターの成長支援や視聴者が楽しめるサービス作りを通して、より多くの方に楽しんでいただけるLIVEコミュニティの提供に取り組んでいます。成長意欲の高いメンバーが集まっていて、定性・定量的な観点からオープンに議論するカルチャーがあり、事業の成長とともに個人としても成長していける環境です。

Responsibilities / 業務内容
You will be responsible for the management of LIVE creators in TikTok LIVE. Through communication with creators, you will need to deeply understand their needs and create comprehensive support and growth opportunities for creators. This is a position where you can build a good relationship and grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner.
1. Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities
2. Planning and implementation of workshops and seminars for creators
3. Strategy formulation from acquisition of creators to community growth and activation based on market and competition research
4. Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis
5. Planning and execution of other related measures

TikTok LIVEにおいて、LIVEクリエイターのマネジメント業務を担当していただきます。クリエイターとのコミュニケーションを通じて彼らのニーズを深く理解し、クリエイターへの包括的なサポート及びの成長機会を創出します。良好な関係を築きながら、パートナーとして共にTikTok LIVEを成長させていくことができるポジションです。
1. クリエイターのLIVE配信活動に関するマネジメント業務
2. クリエイター向けのワークショップ、セミナーの企画立案・実施
3. 市場・競合調査に基づきクリエイター獲得からコミュニティの成長、活性化までの戦略策定
4. 目標・KPIの管理およびデータ分析
5. その他関連する施策の立案・実行

Qualifications

Qualifications / 応募条件
1. This role will be JP based
2. JP fluent / ENG proficient
3. Bachelor's degree or above
4. Minimum 5 years of work experience
5. Strong interest and understanding of the live-streaming industry
6. Those who have management experience in entertainment agencies, talent agencies, music labels, MCNs, etc.
7. Those who have the power of ideas to constantly catch new trends and create advanced content
8. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment

3. 4年制大学卒業、またはそれ以上
4. 4年以上の社会人経験
5. ライブ配信業界に対する強い興味と理解がある方
6. 芸能事務所、タレントエージェンシー、音楽レーベル、MCNなどにおいてマネージメント実務経験がある方
7. 常に新しいトレンドをキャッチし、先進的なコンテンツを生み出すアイデア力をお持ちの方
8. 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持っていて、国際的で多様な環境で働くことができる方
