TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to make live streaming a part of the culture. We are a group of people who are highly motivated to grow and develop. Responsibilities / 業務内容
You will be responsible for the operation of the official owned media community and content production in TikTok LIVE. You will be in a position where you can not only provide growth opportunities to creators through media management, but also support healthy community management and grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner.

1. TikTok LIVE official owned media management, content production, promotion strategy planning, and execution
2. Operation of educational platform for creators and content production
3. Operation and content organization of online communities for creators
4. Planning and implementation of offline events and live programs for creators
5. Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis
6. Planning and execution of other related measures

TikTok LIVEにおいて公式オウンドメディア・コミュニティの運営、コンテンツ製作を担当していただきます。メディア運営を通じてクリエイターに成長機会を提供するだけでなく、健全なコミュニティ運営をサポートしながら、パートナーとして共にTikTok LIVEを成長させていくことができるポジションです。
1. TikTok LIVE公式オウンドメディア運営・コンテンツ製作・プロモーション戦略の立案及び実行
2. クリエイター向け教育プラットフォームの運営及びコンテンツ製作
3. クリエイター向けオンラインコミュニティの運営・コンテンツ編成
4. クリエイター向けオフラインイベント、ライブ番組の企画立案・実施
5. 目標・KPIの管理およびデータ分析
6. その他関連する施策の立案・実行

Qualifications

Qualifications / 応募条件
1. This role will be JP based
2. JP fluent / ENG proficient
3. Bachelor's degree or above
4. Minimum 5 years of work experience
5. Strong interest and understanding of the live-streaming industry
6. Experience in operations related to Internet media and social media platforms
7. Sensitive to formats and trends, and flexible to handle diverse content creation
8. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment

2. 日本語流暢レベル・英語ビジネスレベル
3. 4年制大学卒業、またはそれ以上
4. 最低4,5年の社会人経験
5. ライブ配信業界に対する強い興味と理解がある方
6. インターネットメディア、ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームに関連する運営実務経験がある方
7. フォーマットやトレンドに敏感で、多様なコンテンツ製作に対応できる柔軟性がある方
8. 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持っていて、国際的で多様な環境で働くことができる方

2. Those who have extensive practical experience in digital advertising and SNS operation
3. Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut
4. Those who have consistent experience from content planning to writing and editing
