The FRBENL Europe Global Business Solutions team is responsible for educating, inspiring and building relationships with large customers in the region. In this role you will participate in a program that exposes you to TikTok's business operations, connects you with interns and TikTokers, and invests in your personal and professional development. You may pick up new technical skills, while also building a relationship with a 1:1 mentor.

Responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage key strategic projects in partnership with Customer Success lead for the team Beauty / CPG / Luxury in France
- Develop measurement on the industry (BLS set up / Reporting & Learning Agendas)
- Manage Weekly Campaign follow up & optimizations
- Contribution to our Global accounts teams (Benchmark / scorecards creations)
- Be at the heart of Product Innovation with Branded Mission (set up / reporting & monitoring)
- Impulse client education with Ad Policy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2026
- Must be available to start immediately in Paris for 3-6 months.
- English professional proficiency is required, as well as proficiency in French for ongoing collaboration with the team.
- Work experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales, and Operations, or related fields
- Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas.
- Demonstrated interest in digital and TikTok's ad solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Studying an Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication degree
- Autonomous spirit, data-driven, and results-oriented.
