Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious Intern to support TikTok Commerce in Ireland. The role is part of the Account Management team which is pivotal to onboarding and ensuring the success of key partners on our platform, curating an engaging product selection for TikTok users. Together, we'll redefine how partners engage with customers through content and social commerce, creating a unique and innovative commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Assist in lead mining, qualifying, segmenting and other lead management works based on a data-driven approach.
- Work with the team to build showcases and case studies, including targeting, performance tracking and analysis.
- Operate and Incubate TikTok Commerce via different channels such as external communities, emails, phone calls, online/offline events, helping with daily operation, related data consolidation and analysis to boost their growth.

- Assist in market research and produce insights to feed the team targets and business strategies.
- General administrative support to the operation team.
- Other miscellaneous/administrative responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated learning ability, pro-active and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- A team player with excellent organizational & planning skills
- The ability to measure performance based on data analysis
- Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing using SQL or tableau is a plus.
