The MAI (merchant acquisition and incubation) team's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of increasing the number of both partners with sales and driving high quality partner growth in TikTok Commerce, formulating the life cycle incubation strategy and supporting them to succeed in the 0-1 period.
- Full ownership of incubating high potential partners, seeing their launch plan and acceleration on the platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions, such as video/LIVE challenges, life cycle email campaigns, etc.

- Conduct deep dives to understand partner segments and the root causes of issues that affect their business performance via data analysis, interviewing and the surveying of partners to inform inputs into product development and process improvement.
- Ownership for channel management and partner communication via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, partner education, incubation program etc.
- Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of work experience, in mass account management or mass incubation, experience of managing hundreds of partners is required.
-Proficient in both English and German, strong knowledge of Germany's commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
-Result-oriented, strong ownership mentality.
-Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
