The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding the Spain market and work out the dedicated campaign strategy to meet the market needs, including but limited them mega campaign, brand campaign, festival campaign, etc.
- Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the Spain TikTok, be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects, from strategy through to execution, optimize efficiency and drive execution
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with category teams, 2B MKT, creator manager, and other cross functional teams for campaign creation and optimization
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns
- Pro-active management of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
- Develop and help the team members to grow.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple projects;
- Proficient in English, creative and innovative mindset, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Being familiar with TikTok and other content-based platforms or having experience in commerce platform;
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing working environment with a background working across different cultures, embrace changes.
- Possess team management experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Campaign relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
- Deep understanding of the commerce industry & its business structure, influencers, social media, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Excellent project management skill and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Attention to details, being patience and humble, with good sense of budget management and practical mathematical knowledge.
- Adapt to the change, and able to work under the fast-pace and ever-changing working environment, experience from working across different cultures preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
