The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities
-Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the Spain TikTok, be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects, from strategy through to execution, optimize efficiency and drive execution
-Assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing IP marketing campaigns, including but not limited to User IP, Creator IP and Brand IP (e.g. Super brand day) and other campaigns.
-Analyze the competitors' brand IP and marketing campaigns and keep exploring the new brand IP mode.
-Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
-Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with category teams, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams for campaign creation and optimization
-Cooperate with the cross-team to amply the influence of brand IP among partners and users.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple projects;
-Proficient in English, creative and innovative mindset,
-Experience in independently planning and executing marketing campaigns, e-commerce campaign;
-Being familiar with TikTok and other content-based platforms or having experience in Commerce is a plus.;
-Experience working with third-party stakeholders, managing creative agencies and brand partner relationships

Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above, Proficient in English
-At least 2 years of experience in commerce.
-Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience, or large company marketing planning experience.
-Keen user product awareness, familiar with interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots;
-Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results.
-Excellent communication and resource integration skills
