Ads Quality and Efficiency Technology focuses on end-to-end quality assurance and technology-driven efficiency enhancement across the entire ads ecosystem, including Ad Manager, Delivery System, Review System, Conversion Measurement, and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and delivering projects related to privacy protection laws, data sovereignty, access governance, and privacy infrastructure across different countries and regions. Coordinate with legal and privacy/security expert teams.
- Translate compliance requirements into technical solutions; collaborate with R&D teams to design and implement privacy and security frameworks. Support formulation and deep understanding of company-wide privacy and security technical strategies.

- Drive cross-functional and cross-departmental key projects or programs, ensuring delivery within timelines and expected business impact. Continuously identify risks and common issues across teams and processes, and implement improvements.
- Design and implement project management processes and tools. Measure and improve development and collaboration efficiency through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Build and maintain project management methodologies and internal knowledge base; deliver related team training.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, or technical/product roles.
- Strong project execution and delivery capabilities. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform under pressure. Curious, eager to learn, results-driven, proactive, and with strong ownership.
- Familiarity with online/offline data storage concepts; experience in SQL, data permission, and security management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security, privacy, or compliance.
- Engineering background and knowledge of mobile/web/backend/big data/AI technologies.
- International project management experience.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $60- $80.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
