The Growth team plays a core role in acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users, through our globally popular products. We are building platform foundations, leveraging data and ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power global growth. Typical Growth projects including creative generating, attribution, ads bot, etc.
Responsibilities
1. Formulate an overall technological strategy and action plan based on the ultimate technical experience requirements of low-end devices in key countries and regions, propose core technological solutions, and lead the technical team to successfully deliver results.
2. Responsible for daily collaborative management across multiple teams, building a good cross-team collaboration efficiency, dealing with specific and complex problems such as goal, project, and program management encountered in daily collaboration, and formulating and optimizing team Organization Development strategies.
3. Lead the mixed technical team of server, client and front-end, develop and implement the talent training and recruitment plan to improve the talent density of the technical team, and build a team with strong technical innovation ability.
Qualifications
1. With more than 7 years of Android work experience, familiar with various mainstream technical frameworks and implementation principles in the industry, deeply understand the key technical systems and principles of Android, and have the ability to explore special project technical topics.
2. Have led the R & D work of the core technology framework within the company, and have technical representative works that have formed a certain influence and actual good business results within the affiliated company. Daily work is still close to front-line R & D rather than pure team management.
3. With more than 3 years of team management experience, the current Position Management team has more than 20 people, with the ability to manage end-to-end technical teams, and good cross-team collaborative management methods and practical experience.
