Viventium is seeking an experienced Frontend Technical Lead to oversee and guide the development of our front-end architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading front-end development efforts, ensuring best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence across multiple development teams. With a focus on AngularJS, Angular 13, React, and other front-end technologies, extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications, the Technical Lead will play a crucial role in driving our product's user interface and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of frontend development across all teams
  • Develop and enforce policies and best practices for frontend development, including but not limited to code quality standards, performance benchmarks, component libraries, security, and documentation to be followed by all development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align frontend development with overall product strategy and requirements
  • Work closely with the Product and UX/UI teams to ensure consistent implementation across products
  • Engage in the design and development of robust and scalable solutions focusing on Performance, Reliability, and Compliance
  • Lead the migration and integration efforts for AngularJS applications to Angular X (13 and up), ensuring seamless transitions and functionality
  • Review Pull Requests (PRs) meticulously to maintain code quality and consistency across teams
  • Assist in defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of the code
  • Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and work proactively to implement enhancements
  • Manage frontend development tech-debt roadmap, prioritizing tasks, and projects to meet business objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers, promoting a culture of learning and growth

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role
  • Strong expertise in AngularJS and Angular (version 13 or newer), with a proven track record of developing large-scale, high-performance web applications
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes
  • Experience in defining and implementing coding standards, conventions, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Experience with the following frameworks and libraries: React, React Native, Angular CDK, Webpack
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
